Minden ablak és ajtó nyitásérzékelővel van felszerelve, minden szobában hő- és páraszenzor található. Mozgás- és jelenlétérzékelők biztosítják, hogy ne kelljen keresgélni a villanykapcsolókat.

Elegáns enteriőrrel rendelkezik, a padló dekorbeton, a hálószobában egy arany koiponty festmény van a falon, a fürdőszobában a mennyezet mint a csillagos égblt. A bútorzat egyedi olasz kézzel egyedileg ide készített termékek: konyhasziget, diófa komód, ruhásszekrény, ágy. A konyha teljesen gépesített: mosogatógép, kombisütő, hűtő, indukciós főzőlap találhatók benne.

A megfelelő hőmérsékletről 2, egyenként 2000 W-os infrapanel gondoskodik, mely teljesen hangtalanok és távolról vezérelhetőek telefonról. A hűtő-fűtő klíma inverteres, minden évben 2× takarított, frissen töltött gázzal, hibátlan állapotban, 2400 W teljesítménnyel.

A házban lift üzemel, mely felvisz minket a 4. emeletig, majd egy lépcsőn jutunk fel a lakás szintjére. Innen függőfolyósó vezet tovább a lakáshoz. Az új nyílászárók belső udvarra néznek, egész pontosan az épület a környező házakkal együtt a Katon József Színházat veszik körbe.

Smart home to let in the city centre

Modernity and comfort in Budapest’s city centre, on Haris köz.
We are offering a 31 m² refurbished, furnished, fully automated, phone-controlled smart home for rent in the heart of the city centre.

The location is excellent, with perfect connections to every part of the city. There are restaurants, shops and entertainment venues nearby, whilst the Danube offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation.

The flat has been designed as a smart home, meaning everything can be controlled via a mobile phone. All the lights, the boiler and the heating can be accessed via an app, even remotely. Every window and door is fitted with an opening sensor, and every room has a temperature and humidity sensor. Motion and presence sensors ensure you never have to search for the light switches.

It boasts an elegant interior: the floor is decorative concrete; the bedroom features a painting of a golden koi fish on the wall; and the bathroom ceiling resembles a starry sky. The furniture consists of bespoke Italian pieces, handcrafted specifically for this property: a kitchen island, a walnut chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, combi oven, fridge and induction hob.

Two infrared panels, each with a power output of 2,000 W, ensure the right temperature; they are completely silent and can be controlled remotely via a mobile phone. The air conditioning unit is an inverter-type cooling and heating system, serviced twice a year, with freshly charged refrigerant, in perfect working order and with a power output of 2,400 W.

There is a lift in the building, which takes us up to the 4th floor, after which we take a flight of stairs to reach the flat’s level. From there, we continue along a suspended walkway to the flat. The new windows and doors look out onto an inner courtyard; to be precise, the building, together with the neighbouring houses, surrounds the Katon József Theatre.
